A Class Act

I am a small business owner that simply wants to provide a quality service for a fair price. My cleaning company (now 18 years old) grew to the point I had to hire a subcontractor to assist in the work. I chose a good friend that I knew was a hard worker and dependable. After 7 years of him helping me build the business and strengthening our friendship, I was shown a secret video from one of our clients. I couldn’t believe that my friend that I trusted, and was so grateful for, was in the video taking money from a cash box. I was in a tough spot. I had to contact all of our clients, pay for lock changes that very evening, arrange to have multiple keys made and distribute them before the next morning, so they could get in and run their businesses, attempt to save the contracts that I had, etc. Not to mention, contact my subcontractor and ask him to not contact any of the businesses or me, again.

The entire ordeal cost me significantly. In attempting to recover the money, I got nowhere. I had no insurance that covered theft by a subcontractor, so I was forced to search of an attorney, to try to recover my loss. I had no experience with an attorney before. I only knew what I had heard about attorneys, from others. You know, “ambulance chasers”, “you can’t trust one”, “they only look out for themselves”, etc.

I can honestly tell you that Nicholas Vesha is exactly the opposite of all the descriptions that I had heard. He was concerned and understanding to the fact that I just wanted to recover my loss. I didn’t want to sue for damages, or in any way hurt the friendship that my family had with his family. It was a very difficult spot for me. Nick sensed that (or maybe he just treats everyone that way) because he listened to my wants, advised me of where I stood, respected my thoughts and wishes, and resolved the situation. We didn’t go to court, and we still speak with his wife and children to this day. I hope that some day he will approach me and apologize, but I know (with Nick’s help) that I have treated him more than fair.

I have come to find out Nick is every bit the high quality person, I thought he was. He truly invests himself into everyone else, and wants to make sure everyone is treated fairly. He has a value for his family, that is second to none. I have witnessed his commitment to his work, his family, his associates and his clients!
